Twila Mynhier Brooks Attorney At Law is a solo practitioner. She focuses her practice in estate planning, estate administration/probate, tax, adult mental health, elder law and business planning. Mrs. Brooks is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court.

Mrs. Brooks has focused on these areas of legal practice for eight years. She is originally from Morehead Kentucky, but now she resides and practices law in Lexington. She lives in Lexington with her four cats and her husband Eric Brooks, the curator of Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate.
