Twila Mynhier Brooks

With over two decades of practice, Twila Mynhier Brooks is an attorney in Lexington, Kentucky, practicing law in areas such as Estate Planning, Probate, Tax, Business Planning and Adult Mental Health.
Underscoring her legal expertise, Twila is a frequent presenter, author, and lecturer at various continuing legal education seminars and conferences hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI).
With roots in Eastern Kentucky, Twila attended Morehead State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then attended law school at Dickinson School of Law in Pennsylvania (now known as Penn State Dickinson Law).
